Eight way , hand tied , 14 guage, oil tempered springs for long life and excellent support across the entire seating area.

Solid hardwood (Kiln dried, Western Maple) frame construction built with waterproof glues , corner blocked, dowelled and/or biscuited joints with pocket hole screws for strength and durability throughout the entire frame.

Solid hardwood legs and bases.

Hand dyed or stained show wood with hard, hand rubbed polyurethane finishes.

“Green” hand rubbed oil and beeswax finishes also available.

“Ultra-cell” foam for ALL cushions (seat and back) and ALL padded areas of the piece, the very best on the market. Very high resiliency, available in different densities for added comfort and longevity.

Double wrapped cushions: 1 layer of bonded polyester followed by 1 layer of spun polyester, stitched with a “srim” backing on both sides which adds loft and comfort without sacrificing support.

Down wrapped cushions: 60/40 down/feather envelopes with “ultra- cell” foam inserts for added softness but retaining support.

Leathers are full-grain, full aniline dyed and available in a variety of color, textures(distressed, crackle, etc.) and finishes ( from flat to satin to gloss ).
